Pumkin Pie

Just in time for Halloween I made tasty Pumkin Pie. It was soo good it was gone in one day!
200g flour
1tsp baking powder
100g diced butter
1 Egg
75g Brown sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
750g Pumkin ( diced) I used Hokkaido
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of ground cloves
3 eggs
150g Brown sugar
200g cream cheese, full fat

Cook the pumkin with a bit of water until ist all soft
Blend it and then let cool
For the dough mix the flour, baking powder. butter, egg, sugar, salt and Lemon Juice ( i used my Hands...workd much better)
Press the pie dough into cake tin ans make sure you pull up the sides as high as possible so ist higher than the filling later.
Pierce with fork in several places
Take the pumkin puree and mis in the spices, eggs, sugar and creamcheese.
pour into cake tin

bake about 60-70 minutes at 150°C ( fan oven)
